We build for startups, enterprises, and internal ventures — from next-gen web apps to cutting-edge blockchain systems to BCI (brain-computer interface) R&D. You’ll work with world-class teammates (no low-performers or time-wasters) and contribute to products that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Work full-time on internal and client-facing software projects.
• Collaborate with 10x developers, product teams, and designers.
• Build modern, scalable applications across full stack JavaScript.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Review PRs, push critical fixes, own the end-to-end delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients.
• Lead with a product-first mentality and founder-level ownership.
• Wear whatever hats are needed to ship and succeed.

Tech Stack

Primarily working within the JavaScript ecosystem:

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React / Angular
• Node.js / Next.js / Apollo
• And anything else that gets the job done well

About You

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Comfortable in Full Stack JavaScript environments.
• Communicate clearly and exclusively in English (required).
• Agile-experienced and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving and self-management skills.
• Growth mindset and love for learning.
• Humble, motivated, and excellent at your craft.
• You’ve experienced:
  • Discovering a bug you introduced last week... and fixing it at 3AM.
  • Arguing hard for an approach you later realized was wrong — and admitting it.
  • Thinking some stack was “the best” before realizing it depends on the job.
  • Forgetting what it’s like to be a beginner — then becoming one again.

Equity Philosophy

Equity is granted at $0 for tax reasons (think call options), but has real upside. Long-term team members (3rd+ year) often realize exponential gains. Stay longer, earn more, and keep equity if you move to a Skunkworks startup.
